Developers will be able to extend the species recognized by FUNK using additional codes. Some codes will be reserved for:
the Squeak kernel classes
the core Morphtron classes
FUNK implementation classes
Eventually, definitions for these will be maintained online so that programs can inspect and analyze how to deal with a species.
